MVNOs have always put the end-users’ fulfilment first by favouring a customised approach – including for market segments that are often forgotten by bigger players, such as services young/elderly people or Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Their efficient and flexible structure enables MVNOs to swiftly adapt to their clients’ ever-changing needs. Moreover, many MVNOs have emerged by drawing on a pre-existing distribution network (e.g. supermarket chains, post offices, banking groups, audio-visual media providers) thanks to which it is very easy to understand the clients’ expectations. Therefore, it is no accident that MVNOs rank among the first companies in customer satisfaction surveys.
